The details that matter before you order a custom team warmup track or player introduction package.
What does Team Hype HQ create, what are the formats, and what do they cost?
We build custom hockey warmup audio in three formats. Team-Focused Warmup, $49 is built around the team without individual player introductions. Player Introductions + Warmup, $59 adds player names and jersey numbers before the warmup music. Highly Creative Introductions, $69 adds room for nicknames, positions, personality, traditions, and more detailed callouts. Order two tracks for the same team in one order and receive a $20 Same-Team Bundle discount. The two tracks can use different formats. Orders for a different team should be placed separately so each team receives its own order number. All website and checkout prices are shown in USD.
Do you work with hockey teams in Canada, and are prices in U.S. dollars?
Yes. Team Hype HQ serves hockey teams and families across the United States and Canada. Website and Stripe checkout prices are shown in USD, so Canadian cardholders may see their bank or card issuer convert the final charge to CAD.
Why are player introductions placed near the beginning of the track?
For introduction tracks, we intentionally front-load the player introductions. That comes from personal experience using these tracks at hockey games. Warmups can end early or get cut short, so we want the introductions completed first and the remaining warmup music to carry the rest. We started making these because we use them ourselves, and Team Hype HQ grew from other hockey families and teams asking us to make tracks for them too.
What information should I provide, and how customized can it be?
Tell us your team name, target runtime, roster when applicable, pronunciation notes, desired energy, team phrases, traditions, mascot, nicknames, intro order, and musical styles or references you enjoy. Your input guides the direction, while Team Hype HQ retains creative discretion over the arrangement, structure, instrumentation, pacing, transitions, and overall production. The samples on our site are the best guide to the general type of warmup experience we create. For minors, only provide information needed for the track; do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.
How long can the track be, and how quickly will I receive it?
Standard tracks can be up to 5:00; around 3:00 is a popular hockey target, but warmup windows vary. Turnaround is up to 5 business days after payment and complete order details are received, usually sooner. Need it faster? Most of the time we can work something out, depending on current workload and the timeframe. Email support@teamhypehq.com before ordering so we can evaluate it. For projects longer than 5:00, contact us before ordering as well.
Is this only for hockey?
Hockey is our initial focus because it is the sport we know best. If you need a track for football, soccer, lacrosse, baseball, basketball, or another sport, email support@teamhypehq.com. We will collect a little more information so we understand the timing, format, and game-day specifics before taking the order. We plan to add more sports directly to the website later.
What languages, accents, and dialects can you support?
Full-track production is currently English only. We can often work with regional pronunciations and accents for names and short phrases, including requests such as Québec French. Because accents and dialects vary, exact dialect matching cannot be guaranteed. We will always do our best, and when pronunciation matters we may use vocals-only pronunciation samples so we can work with you before moving further into production.
What if a name is difficult to pronounce, or I want changes?
Provide phonetic spelling whenever possible, especially for uncommon names. Example: Siobhan = shi-VAWN. When needed, we may first send a vocals-only Pronunciation Sample so names can be corrected before song production. Pronunciation-only corrections are handled separately. The up to 3 creative revision rounds are intended to refine the chosen creative direction; they do not include unlimited complete restarts or entirely new song concepts.
How are payment, delivery, and ownership handled?
You review your full order and price before payment. Checkout is securely powered by Stripe, and Team Hype HQ does not receive or store your full card number. You receive a high-quality MP3 through a private download link. After full payment, the final custom MP3 is yours to keep and use for lawful personal or commercial purposes. Team Hype HQ transfers all rights in the final track that we own and are legally able to transfer. The standard file-access window is 60 days after delivery, so download and back up the final file. Can you recreate a specific song or make my track sound exactly like one?
No. Team Hype HQ creates original music and does not reproduce, remake, or closely copy copyrighted songs. You are welcome to share songs, artists, or genres as creative references for energy, tempo, instrumentation, mood, or overall feel. We will create our own original interpretation rather than duplicate an existing song's melody, lyrics, recording, or arrangement. See the Terms of Service for the full rights and permissions terms.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You may request a cancellation before custom production begins for a full refund. Because each track is custom, payments are generally non-refundable after production has started. We will still work in good faith within the included revision scope to address reasonable issues. If Team Hype HQ cannot complete an accepted order, we will refund the unfulfilled order amount.
