We collect only the information we need to operate Team Hype HQ, fulfill custom orders, support customers, and measure how the website is working.
Information you provide
We may collect information you voluntarily submit, including name, email address, team name, sport, roster information, player names and jersey numbers, pronunciation notes, timing requirements, special requests, and support messages.
Keep roster data limited
Please submit only information necessary to create the requested track. Do not send dates of birth, home addresses, health information, school records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
How we use information
We use order and contact information to respond to inquiries, create and deliver custom tracks, provide revisions and pronunciation support, process orders, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the website, and improve the service.
Analytics and advertising measurement
We may use analytics and advertising measurement technologies to understand website visits, campaign performance, and actions such as sample plays, checkout starts, contact requests, and completed purchases. These technologies may process browser or device information, page activity, referring pages, advertising click identifiers, and campaign parameters. Team Hype HQ is designed so roster text, team-entered creative instructions, and other custom order text are not intentionally sent in analytics events. We may use tools managed through Google Tag Manager and may add measurement services from advertising platforms such as Google or Meta as campaigns are launched. Where consent or additional choices are required by applicable law, we will use appropriate controls.
Campaign and referral information
When you arrive through a link or advertisement, we may store campaign information such as UTM parameters, referring page, and advertising click identifiers so we can understand which marketing efforts lead to orders. This information may be associated with an order for attribution and reporting.
Optional product updates
At checkout, you may separately choose to receive occasional Team Hype HQ product updates and seasonal reminders. This choice is optional and is not required to place an order. We record the date and source of the opt-in so we can honor your preference. You can unsubscribe from optional updates at any time. Transactional emails about an order, support request, payment, or delivery are separate from optional product updates.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information or customer email address to third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, process payments, communicate with customers, measure website and advertising performance, store files, or otherwise operate and fulfill the service. Information is provided as needed for those services.
Payments
Payment-card information is handled by Stripe on its checkout service. Team Hype HQ does not receive or store your full card number.
Your choices
You can decline optional marketing email at checkout and unsubscribe later. Browser and device privacy controls may also limit cookies or similar technologies. If additional website privacy choices are presented, you can use those controls to manage optional measurement or advertising technologies.
