A simple process designed around your team, your timing, and your players.
Choose your track
Warmup/team hype song, customized player introductions, or both. Standard tracks can be up to 5:00.
Tell us your timing
Choose an approximate runtime or provide an exact time. Around 3:00 is a popular hockey target, but your rink/league/event requirements take priority.
Send your team details
Team name, roster, names and numbers, team phrases, style, and special requests. Full-track production is currently English only. For uncommon names or regional pronunciations, provide phonetic guidance whenever possible.
Complete secure payment
Your selected track price is handled securely through Stripe.
We create your track
The track is built around the information and timing you provided. For player-introduction formats, the introductions are intentionally front-loaded so they are already finished if a warmup window ends early. Family-friendly content is the default for youth and school sports.
Review and refine
When pronunciation needs confirmation, we may first send a vocals-only Pronunciation Sample. After pronunciations are approved, we produce the song and send a lower-quality Song Review Sample for approval and creative changes. Up to 3 creative edits are included; pronunciation-only corrections are handled separately.
Receive the final MP3
After you approve the song review, we prepare and deliver the separate high-quality final MP3. Turnaround is up to 5 business days after payment and complete order details are received, usually sooner.
